• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

That's a realistic value from a dealer. KBB lists the trade value at 13.4K, but you are not going to get that selling it outright to a dealer. The problem is that they keep improving these every year. There are still 2013 RT´s available, and with factory rebates, a buyer can pick up one of those four around 20 K, brand-new with an extended warranty. Your bike is probably out of warranty, and there is an expensive 600 mile service requirement that will be due soon.

You may be able to get 15 or 16K if you sell it privately. I see you are already up to 13.6 K on eBay with three days left to go. And it looks beautiful in the ad. You might do okay with it there. Best of luck with it.

I'm sorry to hear that ownership of the bike had to come at such a high cost...
Dealers will only give you the lowest dollar-values that they think they can get away with... :gaah:
You will do much better with a private sale.
Look around in the marketplace a bit; EBay, Craigslist, Cycle-Trader and others can give you a better idea what's going on.

Good luck in finding the bike a new home!

Listing..!!

once you get the range from Kelley Blue Book and NADA for your area post to all the spyder sites like here, can am spyder owners on facebook, ebay your on, etc. Trade in or dealer sale will be much lower. If private sale is not your thing consignment may be a way...good luck..!!
