New sts owner

I played around all last night trying to get his in I managed to get the fog lights in but the low beams had a price I was not familiar with this was attached to the back of the bulb then attached to this and my kit for the 9005 does not fit and I'm not sure which harness/attachement/kit I may need . so after a little while I just buttoned every thing back up my fingers and back were killing me. And suggestions ?

I believe it is an h4 bulb and not a 9005 i will exchange today and install once they come back, wish me luck
