New Spyder

Traded my 2011 RT Limited in today for a 2014 RT Limited. Got it at 5 tonight. The 2011 and I had a lot of great times but time to move on and make new memories. Rode it home 5 miles, loaded it on the trailer and headed 120 miles to Vegas tomorrow morning at 7 to get a laser alignment from Joe and Ann, have Joe install a new Bajaron Swaybar and SpyderPops Bump and Skid Plate as well. Got to get use to the new sounds and noises of the 2014. I do like the new engine already though. Drove away from the dealer thinking there was a little dirt or grease from the mechanics putting it together on the lower frontend plastic. When I got home and went to wipe it down and shine it up I found it wasn't dirt or grease but it was a paint chip the size of an eraser. Tried to call the dealer and tell them about it but they didn't return my call the first time and then they were closed when I called the second time. Good dealership, I'm sure that they will take care of me. It will be returned on Monday. But in the meantime off to Vegas I go tomorrow. Can't wait to start putting on the miles.

Glad to see it came in when they said it would. I think you will be glad you make the swap. Enjoy the trip to Vegas and let me know what you think on the sway bar. i hope to make the same trip to Vegas in January for the same reason.

Squared Up Alignment / Spyderpops Bump and Skid plate / Bajaron Swaybar

Loaded up at 7 Saturday morning and hauled the Spyder down to Vegas for Joe and Anne to work on. Had them install the new swaybar, bump and skid plate and do a laser alignment as well. Got home at O dark o'clock, unloaded and went for a 30 mile ride. What a nice ride. Between just the few additions and the upgraded engine and transmission if was one nice ride. Thanks Squared Up for the work on the Spyder and the good conversation while I watched.

You obviously are a good guy cuz I see you were a Special Forces Airborne dude!!! I didn't make the Special Forces but was with the 101st Airborne during my short military career. Now i"m too old to even think about jumping out of the door of a perfectly good airplane!!!!!!! Keep those Spyders running for all of your customers.
