There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Excellent Ray

I have the identical trailer in all aluminum but I haven't assembled yet. How long did it take you you put it together?

Did you use the 4-wire adapter?

I think I will add a bar light on mine to act as the brake lights separate from the signal lights and I'll use the five wire adapter I already have installed. At least that is the plan!

Looks good! ;)

ASSEMBLY

It took about an hour to assemble, piece of cake.

I used the 2011 pole harness, cut the end off and wired a four pin plug. Lights work great with no extra work needed. Would like to put a third brake light on, but not sure how to run wire without drilling through the lid of the trailer. Trailer quality looks great; don't see any of the problems that others have had. The only thing I would change is the way the fenders mount, which leaves a space between the trailer and the fender. Glad you like it.

If you have any other questions fill free to PM me.

Thanks Ray. I hope to get mine done in the next couple of weeks. If I figure out a light mounting, I'll be sure to let you know.

Nice trailer, but I wanted to say that is quite the huge warehouse you have there, (I mean garage). :roflblack: Talk about square footage. :yikes::yikes: I could live in there and be very happy.

I have one like yours. Got it last year and towed it a couple of thousand miles behind my RS. Works good. Was waterproof during the monsoon coming home from Maggie Valley. Instead of the cooler on the rack, I carry a 2 Gal. gas can.
I think it a lot of trailer for the money. I think you will be happy.

Well if you're in the Doghouse; it might as well have some elbow room for all of your buddies too! :roflblack:

Ray, Are those RS-S wheels?

The shop is 40x52 and is just big enough for our cars and toys.

The wheels are canam rs custom wheels. Got them from Len at
Cowtown. These are the same ones he uses on the rt performance.

I was thinking about doing the samething. How did it work for you?

Thanks for the info. I will try this on next long trip, but thinking a 5 gal. can would fit the tray
better. Any thoughts? Have you had any problem with the heat from the sun in hot weather
on the fuel can?

I haven't had any problems with heat. IMHO, I think 2 gal. is plenty for a couple of reasons. First, I use it as an emergency for my poor gas planning. I really haven't been anyplace that I can't find gas within 50 miles even if I screw up. The other reason is the weight. With the can on the tongue you are going to be putting more weight on the hitch.
In any case, I would suggest you get a container that does NOT LEAK. I've had good luck with this one. As you can see, it has a spout for filling the tank. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BQSUSW/ref=oh_o02_s02_i00_details

Definitely, the man cave of all shops, nice! :thumbup:We're riding down to Cowtown in the morning for a Spyderfest meeting. I might have a talk with Len about securing a set of those wheels for my RTS. We're still waiting on our RT-622 trailer. Len has our name on one but it's not in yet. I really hate to put that much out for a trailer, but I'm a stickler when it comes to making things match. Guess I'm OCD in Spyder detailing, but then again, aren't we all?

The RT-622 trailer is definitely worth the money and the wait. You won't be disappointed!
