I come here a lot because of the great folks, I do drive a Harley and have for many years, but I have been looking at the Spyders for some time now and thinking about owning one do to my age [ole timey guy].
It seem's a few here want to make fun of anyone who drives a Harley, or the Harley it self every chance that they can.
Agin, most people here are great, But their are few here that are wanna-be elitist, or maybe they just have a inferiority complex and can't help posting their lame joke's:dontknow:.
I also visit the HD forum a lot, and I can't think of any post making fun of [or even bringing up a Spyder] except one Harley driver who's friend let him drive his new Spyder, when he got back from his ride on the Spyder, he said, going from his Harley to the Spyder was like going from a tractor to a new caddy.
But I guess their will always be a couple of dingaling's on every forum that are not happy unless they are making fun of someone else's stuff.
I still enjoy comming here, even with that few. :cheers:

Hey, Catfish! Hope you don't think I was really trying to make fun of Harleys or Harley riders. This was just a little good natured humor based on my own (and a lot of others) personal experiences. I've heard all of the above statements (or seen them on the internet) from people who consider themselves REAL riders. The point of this video is the end: one guy doesn't like it at all and doesn't think it's for him...but, the other guy is curious. I have lots of friends who ride Harleys and Goldwings and crotch rockets and whatever. More than one of them has given me a hard time about my "tricycle". I take it as what it is, all in fun.

As always, most real riders know that it's not WHAT you ride, it's THAT you ride.
