• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New Seat

Heck I paid over 900 bucks for my Corbin Seat the week before the LA Owners Event in 09 and I can't stand it either the dam thing makes my tail bone so freakin sore after a ride I can barely move afterwards :-((. I think they had a 110lb girl as the model for making my seat I wish I would have known it was gonna be this uncomfy almost 2 years later I figured it would break in by now NOT
I said in a previous post:
"Never catch a man admiting to a mistake like that.:yikes:"
I was wrong. C-YA RL

Corbin seats are not made for two up riding, states that in their ad not made for passenger comfort. I found out when I put on the brakes or was going down a hill, wife ended up all over me, not a bad thing, but it sure played habit with my driving ability. Sold it on ebay lost $300. bucks.:lecturef_smilie:

Sorry yours didn't work out for you, could not find your statement that Corbins saddle is not made for two up riding on the RT. I did pull this from their web site : " Soft foam allows your body to fall through it the longer you sit on it... once compressed, soft foam offers no resilience and you start to experience discomfort. That's why we always say "firm is a good thing!"

My Corbin seat is not as cushy as the OEM, and if I were just gonna ride around town would have stayed with stock,
but my butt feels better on a long ride. Unfortunately for the RT I highly recommend getting a highwayboard to keep you anchred for all possibilities. JMO

We are all different, after Goldwings, Victory Vision, Ultra Classis, and the Spyder stock seat, my wife loves our Corbin. Says it's far better than any of the others. Different strokes....

seats are saddles

ask any old cowboy about his most comfortable saddle, and he will tell you "custom" its the only way to go !!

I talked with Annie yesterday and shes happy again with her seat.
