• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New RTL?

We were considering trading our 2016 RTL in on a 2020 this spring. Does anyone know if dealers offering any deals since things aren’t selling?

I see you are in Ohio. Give the folks in Jackson, Ohio a call. If there is something going on they will probably know. Honda, Suzuki, Can Am of Jackson.

It could be turning into a buyers market for a new 2020 RTL.

As Mazo said, most dealers are closed on Mondays. You may also find you have to talk face to face with a particular dealer. Phone calls about "are you making any deals," most of the time are not productive.

If the dealer feels you are serious, good things could happen. Dealers that bought stock in anticipation of sales due to the BRP tours, now cancelled, may be wanting to unload. Time will tell. :bbq:

Never hurts to ask here. Best thing to do is shop around if price is the key for you. Every dealer can be different, look on the home page here at Imotorsports they will deliver to your door for free. The prices they show are starting price and you can call them and work out a deal and they take trades. Many here have bought from them. Usually if someone is having a promotion others will speak up but not much going on now that I know of. I know they were doing test drive with coupon savings for taking a test ride but I think that is done now. Good Luck shopping If I hear of anything I will let you know. Oh look at the left over bikes on Imotorsports also good deals there and if you call there even better.

Nice to hear that dealers are coming off of MSRP. Anyone willing to share with us which dealer they purchased a 2020 Spyder from under MSRP? I am in the KC area and would travel to buy new at a good price. PM me if it is more appropriate.

Tried to purchase a left over 2019. Cost was 19,999, then they added $1100 for freight, $888 for assembly, $750 for documents, then sales tax on all of that added together. Then I tried to deal on a 2020 and they would only take $500 off MSRP plus all of the above. Spent over 4 hours there. There pitch was Can Am was shut down and Spyders are becoming scarce and soon you won't be able to find a new one. So, I bought a used 2017 yesterday for a good price. Only thing extra to pay is sales tax on the sold amount. Nothing added.
