There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Called the dealer and he thought it was unrelated. I am taking it back next week but will ride it this weekend and see if it changes. We'll probably put the snorkels back just because its the only change we made besides the filter.
I truly appreciate this community because I don't know sh-t about this stuff. But at least I recognize my strengths and weaknesses. lol

With the tubes pulled...
you may be sucking more of the head and exhaust manifold heat up near the air box... this would put more heat around your legs and on the plastic. If you haven't already done so you may want to wrap the header pipes and send more of the heat out the mufflers where it is supposed to be going.

I had the snorkels put back in and honestly think the bike runs smoother. As expected, more responsive at the low end and seems to scream a bit for a sixth gear at 75 on the turnpike.
Definitely less heat rising up to me the passenger which is still not explicable given what I know about the bike but I am happy.
The better air filter can only help the bike so I am satisfied.
All in all, this is the most fun I have had legally in a long time. :2thumbs:
