• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My new 2016 F3 LTD Special Series is being delivered in 10 days. Since safety is vitally important to me, the first farkles I feel I HAVE to add are: Flashing brake light, in-mirror blinker LED (facing to the rear), and front fender blinkers that also face to the rear. Having NO IDEA of the complexity of installation or the bike itself, though I have read the blinkers within the mirrors are a nightmare, do I need a decent understanding of electricity (which I don’t), and does the F3 LTD need an added fuse or wiring box or something? I’ll have them installed if it’s beyond my capabilities but I have no idea where to start once I visit the vendors on Spyderlovers.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

:congrats: and :welcome: Most vendors have pretty good installation instructions that come with their products. Many times, you can see these on line to help you determine if the installation is within your capabilities.

As long as you know your limits, you should be good to go. I have had all my electronics installed by my dealer. I have back and hip issues so cannot crawl around under or around the :ani29:. Have installed floorboards and extended brake pedal though.

:agree: If after reading the instructions (17 times!), if you don't feel comfortable with it; call either your dealer, or the friend that you trust the most with wrenches! nojoke
