• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

You'll certainly be welcomed with open arms when you visit!

Let us know where/when--lots of folks here would be able to recommend places to stay, eat, etc.

Good luck with the :spyder: new ride!

welcome:nopic:

I've been to England a few times on business some years back when I worked for Smiths Aerospace. Mostly stayed in Cheltenham, a lovely place with great people.

Cheers

Congrats on the new Spyder. Throw it on a boat and come over for a visit and ride.

Congrats, Welcome to the family.

I am in Newcastle up on Tyne, had my Spyder for a few months and love it, use it whenever I can, it always causes a lot of comments, mostly good.

Would be nice to have a UK site but I think at the moment there cannot be many of us around, probably mostly down south. Still it is good to be diffrent - have fun.

welcome :congrats: ON YOUR NEW :spyder:. RYDE SAFE. DOES YOUR SPYDER KNOW WHICH SIDE OF THE ROAD TO DRIVE ON? LOL

Hard to believe that only three of us in the UK read this site and are prepared to post a comment or reply.:banghead:

:dontknow: I bet there are 4 or 5 times the number of people who only read the information and, for one reason or another, will not sign in or post a comment. Just the way of the world... Are there any U.K. Spyder forums?

:congrats: on the Spyder...and best of luck picking up all the toys that go along with our Spyders!...hope you don't have to wait long. In an odd turn of events, I have been waiting 2 years to acquire a Yorkshire Terrier. Hard to believe it was easier to acquire my Spyder!?!
