A lot of us will be watching this since football is soon over and we are still waiting to ryde the :ani29:'s.

Consistancy of the top runners throughout the year and avoiding trouble during the elimination rounds, sounds like an exciting racing season to me. Plus we're likely to see some serious driver/crew temper tantrums.

Im on the fence. I didnt like the format when the chase was first implemented, but it grew on me. Time will tell.

What they've done; is twist what should be a very simple process, into a monster that takes some seriousl computer power to figure out!

That's exactly why I feel that the ratings have dropped...
one a driver is eliminated; the fans have less reasons to stay glued to the T.V. nojoke

I do get a kick out of this. After several years of disciplining drivers for bash & crash racing, they have creted a system that encourages crashing your competition into the fence. Should prove to be interesting.....until your favorite driver drops off the list. I guess we'll be doing more riding on Sundays this year.

With all the sensors these cars have now why don't they scrap all the BS and score cars on every lap...?

The sensors contained within the track are pretty-well spread out... They have to go BACK to the last scoring sensor, in order to determine track position on re-starts... It gets confusing! :shocked:
