• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have been a fan of the spyder since it was first introduced.

I am 26 years old. After searching the fourms I would say that I could be one of the youngest future owners.

I test drove a spyder last week and loved it.

I wanted to get some inputs on the deal I was offered.

2012 Black RS Manual.

Dealer Demo model with 300 miles on bike.

$14500 with no dealer prep fees.

Searously considering this bike. Let me know what you guys think!

:welcome:, you've found the best place on the web for all things spyder.

They are just about to introduce the 2013 line up in the next couple of weeks. There are some cracking deals out there and dealer incentives to clear current 2012. There are some good financing options being offered as well.

The trick is to find a good dealer, some one in your area just make comments on local dealers. Sorry can not judge on price I have the RT.

:welcome: A good deal is one that makes YOU pull the trigger. That looks like a couple thousand off. Should you wait for 2013 or jump on the 2012. That's one you will have to decide.

Where abouts in pa are you. There are a few of us younger folks out here. I'm 32 so I understand what you mean. That seems like a pretty good deal to me I bought mine used with 2400 miles on it for $12,500.

More than half of the fun is in the shopping anyway...
:welcome: That sounds like a good deal; you'd best buy it before the riding season grows any shorter!

Where are you in PA?
That's a good deal. I paid 15.9k all in for my 12' RS including the first 600 mile service. This was back in April.

See if you can get them to throw in the 600 mile service. It comes up quick and is about $300 or so.
