Only difference I can really tell is the rear view camera has a 30 degree wider field of view.

2 displays instead of one, the lights and audio warning (which could be a plus or minus) and the solar charger.
I dont think so once you get used to it. Mainly your only going to look at the displays if you are changing lanes or are stopped and want to make sure someone doesnt run up your ***holeStrikes me as being more visual load on the brain creating a more distracted driving experience. We have enough problem with distracted driving as it is now.
