new 2012 spyder RTS SE5 cut off riding down highway

Hello! We have had lots of fun on our Spyder until it cut off and won't go in neutral. It won't start and its stuck in third gear. I was shifting when engine cut off, but electrical is fine. Any suggestions on what may be going on?

Did you try holding foot on brake THEN start? I got caught on this one on my RS. would turn it off in gear then couldn't get it started again. Then found out about the hold brake down then start thing. :banghead:pps:

Thanks for the feed back I am going to get the dealer on it and try that best coverage out. I was hoping real bad saturday night that it was a kill switch I hit but no such luck now the battery is dead.
