There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Never easy losing a best friend

sad news....

Have gone through this many times and know what your going through. Never easy and to me worse than loosing a blood relative. I now will no longer get another one but enjoy others that stay with me (daughters dogs ) but they go home when she gets back from her travels. Again sorry to hear....

I read somewhere that the only thing wrong with dogs is that they don't live long enough. They give us way more than we ever give them.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I've lost a few and understand what you are feeling.
They ask for naught and give unconditional love and loyalty.

So sorry to hear of your loss... its one of the hardest things to endure... i just lost my Mini Schnauzer Harlie .. she was only 6-1/2 years old.. i look forward to meeting her at the Rainbow Bridge one day...

this hits home hard... but it may help: GOOD BYES ARE NOT FOREVER... GOOD BYES ARE NOT THE END.. IT SIMPLY MEANS I'LL MISS YOU UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN !!!!!!

Brent,
I am sorry to hear of his passing.
They fill our hearts with so much love when they're here...
And they leave such a terrible hole in them when they have to leave.

I hope that you can find solace in the fact that he'll be waiting by the Rainbow Bridge for you

I'm sorry for your loss. I still miss my friends...tearing up while writing this... I have a sign that says "If your dog thinks you're the greatest, don't seek a second opinion".

Their lives on earth are so short, it's never easy to lose a furkid. We've had several pass in and out of our pack. It tugs at my heart when we see them get grey and slow down, knowing their time is soon.

I can't read Rainbow Bridge without tearing up.

So sorry

Losing a best friend is horrible! I’m sorry for your loss. I’m still grieving over my own loss. When the time comes, get another. Seems like the only cure!

RE: Rainbow Bridge: I have it printed out and it sits framed on one of my bookcases in the office. I cannot read it without tearing up either. It brings back memories of my friends who are waiting there.

Thank you

Thank you all for the kind, consoling words.
And at least he’s crossing that rainbow bridge in style!

I've felt your pain too....

And; I'm trying to get ready for it again. The graying chin, the graying eye brows and the cloudy looking eyes that still have that faint sparkle. Although deafness slowly over comes, we still communicate by touching and with hand signals and body posture. The occasional looks my friend gives me says he knows something is slowly overtaking him, although he doesn't understand just what it is, he seems to be turning to me for help as he's always done since he was puppy. But I can't help him, and I know he's wondering why, and I'm wondering why and how this all fits into GOD's plans.

You've got me "typing through tears" again...
It's His plan that we care for them, and love them...
When that worst moment that you dread most arrives: please make the passing as comfortable as you possibly can for him, and have him surrounded by his Family.

By his unconditional love for you: he has earned that..
