• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Please help, just wanted to know if somebody could help me locate the horn on a 09 SE5 Spyder. I am wanting to put a small air horn on mine and I want to use these leads to trigger the relay.

A few years ago I had a college kid with a Beemer convertible almost turn in front of me while I was coming up the road on a bike. He gunned it then stopped short. Scared me to death, but as I got along side of him I gave him a blast of my unexpected air horn. He almost lost his water. Anyway I just want to be ready if it happens again.

Thanks in advance. And as always ride safe to one and all.

Get a stethoscope and have someone hold the horn button down while you trace the source of the honk.

The horn is just behind the opening where the foglights mount, on the same side as the fuse block.
My airhorn is mounted on the frame just behind the fuse block, drilled 1 hole for the mount and used loc-tite on the nut. If you can find Positaps, hook the coil on the relay into the stock horn wires, and mount the relay just behind the stock horn.
