• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Need to Know/Fog Lights

I am having fog lights installed on my 2010 RTSE5..my ? is: there are 2 "blank" toggle switches (to the right of the Parking Brake toggle). When I asked the Spyder dealer if one of those would be the on/off switch for the fog lights .. they said no .. there would be a separate off/on "button" installed :(. Showed me the location...off to the left of the panel of toggles.
(If you havent figured out by now..I am so not mechanical..but sure do love my Spyder and wonder why can't one of those blank toggles be the control for my new fog lites?).
Thank you so much.

The fog light switch on my RT-S is the swtch in the switch panel furthest to the right. The position he showed you sounds like where the fog light switch on my wife's '08 GS (now called 'RS') is found.

On my RTS, the far right blank would be where the fog light rocker switch goes. I'm sure that BRP sells that switch separately. Good luck!
