• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Steel frame you ride up on. Lock the front wheels in which attach to snowmobile suspension and skis to steer.

Rear wheel sits on a dynomo type setup to power the rear track mechanism.

If I had an old snowmobile and could weld and could engineer (lol) I'd build this.

Lil bit of white stuff ehh Doc? long :cus: winter too much time on your hands:roflblack::roflblack:

I did something similar with a 83 Big Red, Bolted a snowmobile ski to the front wheel, Put chains on the rear tires.
It worked if the snow was less than 4 inches, Any deeper and the trike would chaises up and just sit there spinning it's wheels.
Not enough flotation.

New Track System

We need BRP to develop a track system for the spyder like they have for their can-am atv. The track system BRP uses for their atv is called apache wide track system.:yikes:
