• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Need instructions for Changing Ignition Switch on F3-S 2016

Does anyone have a link or instructions to change an ignition switch on a 2016 Spyder F3-S. Some punk attempted to steal my baby and stuck something in the ignition switch. I don't think anything is jammed in there as I've looked as far as I could with a light and also have wiggles inside with something, but my key won't fit all the way in and stops about 1/4 of an inch from its natural position, therefore I can't turn the key. I'm no big time mechanic but I'd like to think that i can get myself out of major jams when performing issues on my cars and trucks. I have also done all the maintenance on mt F-3 over the last 3 years and have had no problems. I'm kind of stuck as I don't know the exact bolts (if any) to remove from the cylinder in order to remove it. I don't want to just start pulling on things and break something. Any help would be appreciated if they have experienced this. I've searched up and down on youtube and online to find videos and have been unsuccessful. Thanks guys/girls.

If you're trying to get the switch out of its seated position on the "dash" the ring turns counterclockwise ~1/4 turn then releases the switch.
