There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The install is not that bad. I did it on my 2015 RTS. The only thing about the removal and the new install is you have to have the bike pretty high off the ground in order to snake the old one out and the new one in. I threw my install sheet away but I'm sure if you call Ron he could either email or fax it to you.

You gave a Perfect answer. The works is easy loosen bolts and tighten bolts, hopefully no more bad drilled white spacer blocks. That was only hard part on my change out.

Some of the bushing blocks were misaligned. Not by much but then it doesn't take much. We built a jig and now hand test every bushing block. We have been doing this for awhile. If you have a bushing block issue please let me know. There should not be any more mis-aligned ones out there anymore but anything is possible.
You can line bore the bushing blocks with a 1/4" drill (don't go any bigger). But that isn't the way it is supposed to go.
For anyone who had a problem I apologize as it can be frustrating.
