• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Need a low profile lift table recommendation

The lift table I used to park my Freewheeler on is too tall (6 inches) when completely lowered for the Spyder to get completely on. It gets hung up about two thirds of the way on.

I watched a youtube video where the table was about 2 inches tall when lowered and had 2 short side plates the Spyders front wheels rested on.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations on such a lift table.

Build yourself some longer ramps, or make a center ramp that lifts the rear, so it doesn't hit in the transition point!

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I'll sell my existing lift table. It needs to be in the 60 + inches wide range to accommodate the front tires, it’s 48” wide with the side extensions. I found one from a company in Iowa that is 36” center width with two 15” X 45” side extensions for the front wheels.

I would really like to find the one with the aluminum diamond plate top shown in a youtube video. It appears to be about 2 or 2-1/2 inches tall when fully collapsed.

You don't know anyone who welds?

I’m buying a Big Blue Lift. They’re made in the UK and have Spyder and accessories for other bikes, too. It should come in august. Then I’ll be installing my swaybar. I’ll keep you all posted.

I went there yesterday, they are a great group! The anti sway bar install took 40 minutes from the time they took the Spyder until they came to get me… Wow, the difference that bar made is incredible. I have not ridden it two up yet, but I put 90 miles on it, and like Lamont said in his YouTube video, it’s like you are running on a rail. I do enjoy doing my own work, always have, but I am blessed to be only 35 miles away from them.

For you guys that lift your Spyders with a motorcycle lift that is designed to cradle the frame of a bike which is wide enough for the bike to be stable do you have issues with the Spyder rocking off center possibly causing damage because it is sitting on a single centered frame? I have 2 lifts that are rated to handle the weight of the Spyder but I have not used them to lift it. I used a pair of loading ramps in order to install the BajaRon Ultra sway bar which worked great, but I'm already planning on changing out the shocks and changing out the tires to car tires, removing all three at one time. I have a low profile floor jack that I used to lift the rear tire in order to adjust the belt alignment on the rear pulley with no issues, but I don't feel like it would be a good idea to raise the front with the floor jack in order to use jack stands on the front of my Spyder. Has anyone removed all 3 tires at the same time, if so how did you safely do it?
