• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

NBV-FBV...Say what?

Do they bolt up to the OEM floorboard? :dontknow:
My reasion for asking: I was concerned that they might affect the ability of the floorobard to pivot, should that need arise...
They look GREAT!!

explain what you mean by the floorboard pivot?? :dontknow::dontknow:

I was reading the owner's manual this past Saturday night, and they have a section in there, that describes the floorboard as being able to "drop-down" if you need to REALLY stomp on the brake pedal, and it needs to travel further than normal...

The right side floor board has a "release" that will let it piviot down in the front if the brakes loose pressure and you need more pedal travel to get the bike stopped. The brake pedal is the release for the catch to make the floor board drop. If you look under there you can see the catch holding it.

The 2013 ST-S right side floorboard also pivots, if that matters for any of this.

Joe, I have the extended brake pedal on mine and it doesn't effect the floorboard pivot.

You have to hit it pretty hard to release/pivot the board w your foot, or you can release it by hand from the side of the bike.

Thanks, just wanted to make sure it still works with the oversized brake pedal.

So these are completely mounted to the floor board? Lamont, do these need holes drilled into the floorboard? Or, do they mount to already existing holes? I hopefully will be the owner of a 2014RT SE6 soon. It's on order, but there must be a shortage of yellow paint. Either that, or there are a lot of school buses being made. :roflblack::roflblack: Tom :trike:
