My "White Steed" is in town

Hello Spyderlovers!!! I just got a call, minutes ago, from my dealer, Loiselle Sport in Embrun Ontario. He informs me that he has just recieved his first 5 2011 RT-S Pearl White Limited Edition Spyders. It looks like I will be riding my "White Steed" possibly this coming weekend. That would be about 6 weeks earlier than anticipated. Not bad at all. Thank you BRP!!! :firstplace:

You're in good hands with Etienne and Alain. Guy is great in service also. They go through quite a few Spyders in a year. Most spyder sales in North America I believe.

Why Ottawa?

I see from your post that you bought your RT in the Ottawa area rather than from a dealer closer to the Sudbury area. Any reason? Just curious.:dontknow:

The new colors this year on the RT are sharp! Can't decide if I like the red or white best. Guess I'll have to wait to see them in person.

:agree: Finding the right dealer is very important and many Spyderlovers go that extra mile for a higher level of service from a dealer that caters to their needs. Loiselle in Embrun has an extremely good reputation in Eastern Ontario and you can be quite sure that they didn't get their great reputation without providing a high level of customer satisfaction. I visited their shop once and was very impressed with their friendly attitude and willingness to discuss their products with everyone who walked through their front door.

Northstar I agree with you, a good dealer does make it better. I have two dealers within 15 minutes from me but I travel two hours to go to my dealer. Service and attitude count. :thumbup:
