• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My three favorite RT mods

Seat has been a hit for me...

The stock seat is fine for me on shorter rides but after 100 miles the seams bother me, I have put over 5k on the bike since May and the seat isn't getting better for me. Will the Corbin seat help? Also is it hard to install, I am wandering about the electric connection and rear hinge.

Thanks
Dan

I found the Corbin seat to be just the ticket for me. Did 600+ miles the weekend in 2 long stretches and never gave the seat a second thought. the closed cell foam (in my opinion quite like the Tempurpedic closed cell) is great.

Installation should not be an issue. The passenger sensor connection to the seat is a simple plugin, just as it was on the stock seat. The rear hinge actually become more accessible because the Corbin seat does not have the rear wings or bumpers as the stock seat does.

I think you'll be happy.

I sat on Lamonts Corbin seat yesterday and man that is one great feeling seat ! You sit in it ,not on it as he had his scooped out more then the stock Corbin . So when you order your Corbin seat ask for the LAMONTSTER CUT SEAT .

Thanks Dave! I found one for sale by Kewlmetal that I'm leaning toward... Has anybody tried matching the seat color to their RT? I keep thinking about doing a blue leather seat with some red piping... Any thoughts?
