My Signature Picture Does Not Appear

I noticed that my signature picture , although still appearing under my profile, no longer appears iwith any of my posts. How can this be fixed?

I noticed the pixel size needs to be smaller than before and just my guess but most are to big now. I have resizing software on my comp. and could not get small enough to qualify so I will have to take a new pic on email mode. I may be wrong but I think this is why most people lost their signature. At the top right click on Settings then signature and it will either tell you what size it needs to be or will tell you after you try to reload a pic, can`t remember.

My Signature Picture Still does Not Appear

Loaded a smaller photo at 119KB (small JPEG) but in settings it require 93.5 KB or less. Can't seem to make it smaller.
