If the Venom doesn't come with its own seasoning procedure or instructions, I don't see how doing the Hindle seasoning procedure would harm your Venom pipe. I guess you could do it as a bit of insurance, just in case it does do any good. I'm not sure exactly what the Hindle pipe seasoning does for the Hindle but it was stated that if its not done, it could cause damage. Maybe it allows the innards of the pipe to heat up gently instead of having someone blow tons of hot exhaust through the thing at 8,000 RPMs within the first minute of using it. :dontknow:
I looked for muffler seasoning on google and I found a few references to it being necessary for some new exhaust pipes but couldn't find the "why" for exhaust seasoning. Maybe a more determined person could find out the answers.
