• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My new Red Spyder!

Wow! I just love this machine! I will ride it as long as I can before the winter gets here. Since I got it last Friday, I look for every reason to take it out and ride. It can really be an addiction. Here are a couple of pictures that I had taken when I was leaving after work over the weekend. Check the seat out. Thats frost that you see on top. The temperature outside was about 29 F. I added the SkiDoo handlebar muffs to the bars. That really makes a difference for cold weather riding. When I get a chance I plan to install my Symtec heated grips. I did add the power connector to the battery for my Synergy heated jacket liner and also have heated socks that I connect to the jackets power as well, so I do stay warm on those cold days.

:congrats: Looks great! Those grip covers look like a great solution for winter riding, too! You're riding in some cold temps! I'm drawing the line at about 38 degrees. :)

And, I gotta get me a Hindle!

Symtec grip heaters

Please tell about the symtec grip warmers...

I like the Symtec heaters because they aren't very expensive and you can use your original grips with them as well. I had these on my Honda ST1300 and they worked great. You just remove your grips, wrap the heaters on the bars, run and tie in the wires to your electrical system and add the switch or a heat troller. Just be sure to use a swithed 12V source coming from the bike. I haven't installed mine yet, so I'll need to find where to connect to the switched 12V. Here are some links with more info about the heated grips.

If I were already using a heated jacket liner, I would opt for heated gloves. No additional wiring.
