That gave me an idea. I got the slingmods rack addon and I can probably attach some bags to it.

This older thread has given me the inspiration to use the saddle bag frames as pictured.

Thank you. I have all the parts and will now attempt to bend metal.

Also, I accidentally purchased two sets of saddlebag side frames if some one is interested in trying them.

I realize this is quite an old post, but what are the raised bars on the rack? I'd like to adapt this design for my Ryker and really like the look of your rack.
