• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I wanted to add an LED DRL below the headlights and BRP sells a plug & play strip for $265. :roflblack:

Soooo,
I went to amazon and found these for $22. a pair. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B087JFXP3B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Easy install -
1 - remove the trim plate (2 screws)
2 - unplug the un-used connector from the back of the trim plate
3 - drill hole in center of the trim plate to pass LED wires through
4 - align LED strip on trim plate and drill mounting holes
5 - mount the LED strip to trim plate
6 - tap (I use posi-taps) into the wires of the unused connector (black to black, red to colored)
7 - test by starting engine (LEDs should be on with headlights)
8 - replace trim plate w/LED

Bonus: you have a spare you can use elsewhere!

Oh yeah, I got two in the box, so I will keep one for a spare or a whatever, one of the easiest mods I've ever done. Saved many dollars over BRP, I love doing that.
