My dealer just scared me away

I went in this morning for the software update and the service manager said
he had not heard of the software update. After he dug through the paper jungle he found the flyer for it............:cus:
I think I am going to wait a long while to get mine done

If you can get to Little Rock or Springdale, both of those Bradford Marine dealerships have lots of Spyder experience. I had my steering recall done last Friday in Springdale, watched the whole thing, it was straightforward and painless.

I wouldn't let that get in the way of getting a bucket of fun with the spyder. I would find another dealer that knows what the h*** is going on. Where in Arkansas are you?

Sounds like he's not exactly a VOLUME dealer.

Personally I would not let anyone who does not demonstrate comptency (especially a dealer) touch my Spyder or my cars for that matter. Run like hell and find yourself a better dealer and avoid future headaches. Chances are hight for a dealer like that to screw up something while servicing your Spyder.
