• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Since it doesn't make sense to trade in my 2015 Black Base model (Loss $3,000 at least) and Pay Big $$ for the Daytona?
If I buy 5000a-Front Facia-4000a Hood-800a (2 Each) side panel -and 600a (2 each) lower side panel and 4500a (2 each) side trunk panels and Do something special with the Grill (possibly hammered Silver Paint) I will have something that would Surely make me Smile and the cost is a little under $1600? I could probably get a pretty decent discount from my Dealer/Friend and I don't require the Special Spin Out Mode.
I hoping for end of July and saving my Pennies. Love the yellow /Black/ Silver Look!

Sounds like a plan!!!

LOOK KOOL

it may LOOK KOOL once it's completed, but keep in mind about RESALE VALUE @ TRADE-IN time...
best of luck whichever way you decide to go...
PS; keep all the old parts

Go for it 2.

My my husband bought a Daytona and I traded my st and got his red f3s.
When we got it home, he "took" his old bags, screen, backrest etc. after all that we just looked at each other and said "why didn't we just swap the panels and seats?"

One way to go....

sound great and look forward to seeing the outcome....:2thumbs: should look sharp.....

Thanks, To All
Not concerned about resale value because I have 6,000 now and this will be my 70,000 mile Spyder for sure! Hoping to get something for the removed panels Now and then? I could afford to sell them Cheap. I Was Going to sell the 2012 RT BUT it only has 17,000 miles and is So different from the F3 that I want to keep both at 68 Years Old? What good is a little extra $ in the Bank when you can go to the garage and chose between a RT and a F3???:dontknow:

Since the F3 will be paid off Early in June ( 22 Months INSTEAD of 36 months) I decided $1,625 for 8 yellow panels was NOT in my best financial interest since I can purchase a couple years extended warranty before August for Half that amount!
For $10 a got Rustoleum Hammered Silver Spray paint (Says its primer and main coat combined) And a can of Yellow for the screen .

I think it adds a nice touch to the front grill and the Hammered Silver 2 Part spray paint really seemed to go on Nice.
I will revisit the Yellow panels NEXT spring when I can Better afford them.
