There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
I just added a new three wheeler to my garage - this one intended to keep me in the saddle longer - with my new bionic knee, I've lost 40#, and intend to keep the momentum…
You see now... I evolved with a right wrist so that I could twist a throttle... no need for those... uhhh... pedals out front!
My idea of exercise is running to the bathroom during commercials!
Still.... congrats on the weight loss!
As comfortable as this thing is, I suspect you'll see a lot more... Given our weather, I've got more miles on this than the Spyder over the last couple of weeks.
Well actually it does. One gallon of gas in the RT will get you about 30 miles down the road. But a gallon of water on the bent will get you about 75-100 miles. Granted it is ALOT slower than the :spyder2: but fun. A different kind of fun than the :spyder2:
Actually, gas on a trike is a tad uncomfortable.... But it gets as many stares as my RT does.. Go figure.
Portland is the bicycle capital of North America - 100's spend 10 days in the summer circumnavigating the state, and one of the largest trike & recumbent gatherings is held annually on the coast... The shortest group ride is 16 miles..
BG - my dealer sold those too, but with the bionic knee, the trike works soo much better. FYI, my trike is a 27spd Catrike Villager, with the new adjustable seat.
:congrats: on your weight loss ! Man they are cool I looked at these years ago and I have to say the price scared me off ! Now look at me with a RTS Limited. How times change !

Most of the hand powered trikes are standard trikes (1 ft, 2 back), but I think Utah Trikes advertise a customized tadpole. Give them a call - service & sales support are top notch.
