• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What music storage device works best on the RT-S. Also is there special cabels that are needed to make it work the best. Thank you for any advice.

I have used both my iPod Nano (with the included iPod cable) and my RCA Lyra (with the incluuded 3.5 mm cable). Both work well, but the iPod can change the song or playlist from the handgrip while riding, while other mp3 players cannot.

Ipod Touch

During my demo ride I hooked up my Ipod Touch to the supplied cable located in the rear trunk. It worked very well and was easily controlled using the controls on the handlebars. I also tried an MP3 player using the supplied 3.5mm cord and it worked fine as well, although the mp3 player isn't controllable from the handlebar controls.

The Ipod Touch/Iphone would definitely be my recommendation if you want to control recorded music through your handlebar controls.

Hope to sell my Goldwing soon and officially join the RT-S club....
