• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Has anyone shipped a motorcycle cross county?
Who did you use and would you recommend? Looking to ship my son's Triumph from Ohio to California?

It's been a few years now but haulbikes.com did a great job moving the Spyder I bought from Wisconsin to my home in Idaho. That's their specialty.

This company uses a pallet and warehouse system. There are some rules. You must take it and pick it up at their warehouses. It is inspected and placed on a pallet. Delivered to a warehouse nearest you. My Victory Vision was shipped from Maine( Ithink) to Kansas city for $377 in 2015. This was at least $300 cheaper than the closest competitor. I could have had it shipped to Omaha for the same price but didn't realize there was a warehouse there. It is kept secured in a warehouse when not being transported. No gas or very little in tank. I cant remember about loading saddlebags etc.Keys with vehicle. Several rules.Hope this helps!!

Haulbikes. Very professional. They do a thorough inspection including video. Everything in writing. That is their business and they have newer BIG tractor-trailer rigs. I had experience with them a few months ago. The driver said they have 65 trucks operating nationally. I was impressed..... Jim

Just remember that you probably won’t be able to dictate when they pick it up or drop it off. You will be on their schedule and it may take longer than you anticipated.

Well, thank you all for your responses. I scheduled thru USHIP, the price between USHIP and Haulbikes was comparable. Haulbikes just was going to take almost a month. USHIP 2 weeks (I hope, still waiting to get a pick up date). Thanks again everyone.

I just used HaulBikes. Signed contract on June 3, they promised delivery no later than June 29, and I got it today, July 7th. Ann Arbor to Salt Lake City was $720. You just have to be patient with these guys (all shippers). Overall, I was pleased with HaulBikes.

I also used USHIP from Washington state to Western New York. Took 13 days, bike was secured to a pallet, Delivered to my house, no issues, would use them again
