• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Figured it out.
My bad on the height issue! There was a matching plastic pan attached to bottom of battery. With this removed it is same height.

6-7 years ago I tried a Motobatt ....I wasn't impressed .....jmho .... Mike

Motobatts are well-thought of on the other motorcycle forum that occupies much of my time.

Decent battery at a good price, with the added bonus of terminals on every corner.

What didn't you like about it? I needed more terminal connector capability and this sounded like the way to go. This Motobatt is a tight fit to hook up smaller wires in the rear: (1 battery tender, 1 Fuze block, 1 air horn) Front: 1 main bike circuit, 1 battery jumper port) so you do need to put Lamonster blocks in the back to have clearance in from top metal frame to battery terminal (Don't want nothing to ground out). I had to straighten the top strap bracket tabs to fit rubber strap for this one but I think it will work. Just working through getting the wiring tucked out of the way in the back and off to the side. Kind of a PITA to tidy everything in there so far but I am persistent.
