With or without Turbo, this is my question...![]()
Perhaps they could hook an air boat fan to the back of it for you.

Was thinking the same thing. You hang a "green" tag on anything and the price goes up to ridiculous levels. I'll stick with 14 thank you...
I'm interested in seeing a price. If it's anything like pricing on hybrid cars then :yikes:
Aw, man, not all hybrids are that expensive. Prius starts at around 21-22k. I got mine in 2007, new, cost 24k, with bluetooth, backup camera, and all sorts of other goodies. It's the best darn deal I've ever got on a vehicle (and as for room, I can haul longer items in it than I can in our Honda CR-V!). So a hybrid doesn't necessarily need to be expensive. I've never understood why the technology is marked up so high on other models.
My Spyder is my gas hog; I've managed to average 62 mpg on a tank in the Prius. Not bad for a 3000-pound vehicle. I'd love a hybrid Spyder... provided they don't gouge the consumer on the technology, like on some other hybrids. I guess we'll see how BRP handles that. I hope they are reasonable about it.
I know some Hybrids have little computer graphics of trees and flowers blooming if you are doing well.:congrats: Mine would probably look like a forest fire with smoldering trees and dead flowers.
:yikes: No thanks I'll stick with pure gasoline.

I think you and I would be in the same group.

I would like to rent a Presis or however you spell it and see what kind of really bad millage I could get out of it. That could be fun in an evil kind of way. Insert evil laugh here.

We would absolutely buy one if they sold it today. We do a LOT of city driving and live in a hyper active tree hugging atmosphere right now. It would get them off my back. And frankly we do like to re-use building materials and furniture and love the idea of leaving a smaller footprint on the planet if possible.
Heck if someone would actually create a set of solar panels and or a pair of fan units that would allow me to not have to use the city power company we would do that as well!
In the end it is going to be about the cost/benefits... It has to make since :2thumbs:
