HERE's a great ride.
For the past 5 years or so, Harley has tried to get as many riders worldwide, of all kinds of bikes, to do as many miles as possible the last Mon of June. This Monday, the Cartersville HOGS are gathering at the dealership at 9 AM and have a 300 mile route planned up through TN/NC and of course, N GA.
Let me know if you can somehow swing this. It's a great day, I've done em all, since HD started this ride.
If you can only do 1/2, fine, let the leader know and ride home. I came home early one year when one of the HOGs bit the dust up in NC someplace and didn't feel like continuing, so 2 of us "escorted" him home. His bike was a little bent, but not badly and he was ok except for his pride!! He bought a new bike, since his old one was cursed!! His Joe Rocket jacket saved the day for his right arm.
If you can go, let me know. I'm sure you could even meet us somewhere, if Cartersville isn't convenient. I'll try to get the route. This will be open to a few, I'd like to overwhelm them though!!
I'm also looking to ride tomorrow, if you're available. Doesn't matter where to, just get riding some.
