• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Modifying windshields

I just put a Calsci Large windshield on my 2008 SE5. While the windshield is great I would like to "tweak" it just a tiny bit. I would like to put a very slight curve into it at the top and perhaps "bend" the small side wings out just a bit more then they already are. Has anybody had any experience in modifiying windshields and more specifically Calsci windshields. Can it be done using a heat gun without damaging the windshield ??

Thanks in advance.

If you're looking to try and change the airflow over the top of the windshield by putting a curve in it then I'd suggest just getting a Laminar Lip for your shield. It'll probably work out better for you in the long run.
