minor spyder collision

this complete ******* stop short in front of me today,causing me to run into his bumper. Compartment cover cracked and front piece with brp emblem also broken. when i got off bike to examine the damages, he sped off. I was born and raised here in New York but the drivers stink & HAVE NO CYCLE COMPASSION. aNY ONE KNOW HOW MUCH FOR A NEW COMPARTMENT COVER
