There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Mileage Problem, can't get past 30,000. Can you help?

OK, so here's my problem.

bought a 2012 RTL managed to get up to 14,000 miles. (Traded it at PitBull for a 13 model)

bought a 2013 RT managed to get up to 11,000 miles. (Traded it at PitBull for a 14 model)

bought a 2014 RTS managed to get up to 27,000 miles. (Traded it at PitBull for a 15 model)

bought a 2015 RTL managed to get up to 15,000 miles (so far).

I can't seem to get passed 30,00 miles, so I just keep trading them in each year hoping that the newer models will get me to 30,000 before the next year model comes out.

Question is: What am i doing wrong??? or is it a defect in the Spyder??? Any GOOD ideas???:pray::pray:

Problem could be Len (at PitBull) making me offers to trade that I can't refuse :dontknow::dontknow:

Joe,

Very easy to fix. Just follow Ann around and you will have 30,000+ miles before your trade :roflblack:

Seems that you just need to adjust your attitude and accept that Spyderfest is close...Len is getting in a HUGE inventory of '16's and thinking that the granite counter tops are complete and there is a new upgrade your better half is needing!!!!! So accept it...it is inevitable. But just so you don't feel like you are the only one with this Spyder "defect"....my '10 went 70k....my '14 will be close to 40k by Spyderfest....and yep there is this itch in my checking account to check out that new '16!!! But no worries, I've got my attitude "fixed"....
See you in a few. Now, Joe, I am entrusting a Spyderfest Newbie to your hosting this year so take reallllly good care of him!!!...am I there?...no way....I am a savvy Spyderfest attendee and there are just some places you only visit!!! :yikes::yes:

Joe,
This is sooooooo easy! :D
You've got an entire Month, in which to log another 15,000 miles.
Remember: "Difficult stuff is done first; the impossible takes a little longer."

Joe, the easiest solution is to buy a used Spyder with the desired miles on it. But, you would then have buy your wife some used counter tops. Ron

Used Counter Tops for the wife is :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::lecturef_smilie::lecturef_smilie::lecturef_smilie::yikes::yikes::yikes:, i could not survive that beating.

It's much more simpler than that. Joe, you just have a faulty odometer!

Let me give that possibility a thought.

Oh c'mon!! Isn't the answer obvious?

RIDE MORE,

WORRY LESS!
Good Idea, why didn't i think of that??

my suggestion is that you stay with your current 15RTL and by next year at this time you'll be at that 30k mileage. that way you will be around for the 2017 Spyderfest. rumor has it if you go trading this year there is the possibility that might not happen.

:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:, you also heard that rumor???:yikes:

Easy....

Turn your wallet or the spyder over to me...:roflblack: you either can"t afford a new one or you will get it back with way over 30'000...:roflblack:

I would be afraid that you might put some of that California air in the tires. :lecturef_smilie::lecturef_smilie::lecturef_smilie:

It seems there are a couple of us with similar problems. I did make it to 36,500 on my 2010 RT though. There is a cure, and we both know what it is.

Two good things going for me. I have test sat the F3 and am not convinced that it is the ride for me. I like the looks, but it seems like "less" for more. My plans for :spyder2: #6 may be quashed this year because of planned hip surgery soon.

I am now adopting a wait and see. My current two rides have a bit over 20,000 on them--and there may be room for more miles before another trade.

:popcorn::popcorn::popcorn: or :bbq::bbq::bbq:

OK even though beyond my better judgment...

I am entrusting Fred from WA to your care/host hotel etc. for Spyderfest. He survived North to Alaska so felt safe in recommending you for his host hotel!!! :yikes::yikes:

Joe,
can you adopt me? i need that kind of cash floating around :roflblack:
there is no difference in the 15 vs 16 is there? Of course there wasn't any different in the 14 to 15 either was there? Maybe you just like rotating colors?
