• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I purchased a new mower last season. I think that because my name was current in the database I got a card in the mail today regarding this class action lawsuit.

However, the way it looks that with just some basic information off the mowers, anyone who purchase a mower all the way back to 1994 is covered under this class action settlement?

Funny part is there was some talk here about how the new RTs are down 5 HP on the MSO compaired to the advertised HP ratings.

Not sure if that will ever come back to bite BRP, but looks like a bunch of big mower companies just got bit big time.

I also know Hyundai got bit for this a few years back too. Their's was for being low the same 5 HP the RT's is too.

Check your mower, you too might be inline to get a check?

The site to go to is www.lawnmowerclass.com

Good catch! I seem to be inline for $75 for a Toro Z-4200 riding lawnmower purchased in 2007!

Now, if you would go ahead an produce product specific stuff for a Triumph Thunderbird, I would forward the check to you!
