• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Major Facelift on my 2014 RT-S

Lamonster

Last year I was busy building Lamonster Garage and trying to get ready for Spyderfest. I wanted to do something special to my RT so I went with a Route 66 theme but that didn't turn out the way I had expected. I didn't have time to stay on the guys building the wrap so when I went to pick it up just before Spyderfest I was really disappointed. I tried to like it and I got to where I hated it. I loved the bike with the 1330 motor but hated the look of it. I got to where I didn't even want to ride it anymore.

So I decided to have it all ripped off the trailer and the RT and start all over with another company. Yesterday they brought the bike back and I'm in love again. This turned out so much better than the last wrap and put the cool factor back into the bike. I haven't seen the trailer yet but I'm sure it will be great too. Now the TR and trailer will match my truck and help promote the biz. Here's some shots I took last night. :doorag:

Oh and I installed the F4 windshield and I love the looks of it, just need to get some seat time now.

I liked the idea of the Route 66 theme, but the execution, not so much. I do love the highway on the Corbin seat, though and I'm glad you kept it. I think the new wrap is perfect as it matches your truck, and all.

Seat time? Do you mean you can keep away from the F3???? :dontknow:

Joan will be riding the RT on our Road Warrior trip so she'll have more seat time than I will at first. For sure my heart is with the F3, I feel like a kid again on it. :doorag:

This will go with my truck just fine. :doorag:

Very cool..!!

And all you and your works..:2thumbs: must be a looker tooling down the road...

I liked the idea of your Route 66 theme and I like that it told a story of the highlights along route 66. The spyder looked better in person than in pictures
I agree with you Lamont the asphalt did not turn out to look like asphalt.
I like your new graphics. It fits with your brand "Lamonster Garage":firstplace:

The Route 66 would have been great if it was done right. I may still do it one day but have it painted by Nathan Curry instead because the wrap was just all wrong.

Having Nathan paint the Route 66 theme would be a home run for sure. Let Nathan run with the idea and there is no telling how much detail he would incorporate into the theme.
Your RT would be a work of art for sure. I really like Nathan's work :firstplace:

You do have a way with spiffing up a :spyder2: into something special. :firstplace::firstplace:

Different thread, but WOW on the Valkerie also. :2thumbs::2thumbs:

next to the RT.

Is that a coincidence, or a coming experiment??

It was an experiment that didn't work. The heat shield would have to come off and there are other issues that are not worth the effort. I decided to just remove the baffles out of my Akrapovic. It sounds a lot better now.

Brand recognition is as important as your product(s) this in my opinion is YOU and speaks volumes to your craft. From a guy that has not met you in person, haven't had the pleasure yet, this fits what you built for a business and life style. Has it been said yet that this is BADASS.

Thanks Bro, Joan will be riding this to Valcourt and will be hauling our stuff. Now she will look cool as my F3 going down the road and a lot better looking :doorag:

The wrap turned out great :firstplace: Your new guy did a great job on the wrap for both the trailer and the RT.
