• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Maine to Virginia

Traveling from Maine to Virginia in late may. Plan to stay around Mt. Jackson for a week. Looking to get a laser alignment while I am there. Does anybody known the closest/best place for alignment? Some interesting rides would be great too. Thanks

Go to spydercomfort.com/dealers. You can look for dealers by state. Independent folks (not from a motorcycle dealership) are also listed on there under the independent tag.

I'm not familiar with which dealers do laser alignments in that area, but from Mt. Jackson, you are about 3 1/2 hours away from an awesome ryde, the "Back of The Dragon," VA Rt 16 from Marion VA to Tazwell VA. It is a 32 mile ryde with over 300 curves, up and over three different mountains.

It is a fun ryde through some seriously beautiful country. If you can get down that way, it would be well worth it.

Been there last year on 2014 RTS SE6. Great fun.:yes:

When you travel through your neighbor to the west, if anywhere near Portsmouth, you MUST find your way to route 1A. It follows the coastline from Portsmouth/Rye and down through Hampton Beach.
It is a beautiful ride.

This route highlights the best of it. If you have the time, look at route 1B through Newcastle as well. It will bring you near the Wentworth by the Sea and views of the former prison on Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
