I had been looking for a new shield for my Spyder for some time and I decided on the Madstad. Mark and Patty are class acts and they know their stuff. I have had the shield since last fall and I recently had a small problem that I created for myself. I stupidly went to touch up some of the screws (to keep them glossy black) and dropped some paint on the powdered black Madstad bracket...
Oh gosh...it soaked in and quickly discolored the plate...I tried getting it out, but only made matters worse.
So...I contacted Mark and asked for any advice he could offer. Mark offered to swap out the plate for a more than reasonable cost...I couldn't believe how helpful he was with this matter.
For those out there looking for a new shield, look no further than Madstad...not only do you get the best shield, but you also get customer service that cannot be touched!
