I did it! I made the leap! Thanks to everyone who gave me the benefit of your buying experience. May not have been the "best" deal, but I am satisfied.
Went with Dealer #2. Just more comfortable with the salesman and the attitude.
Getting the ST-S, Yellow. They have one in stock so may be picking it up in the next few days. They gave me what I wanted for trade in on my Aero 750, (which helps lower the sales tax,), No shipping or dealer prep, included heated grips, a full cover and a cap. ) Decided to wait on the warranty until it gets closer to the end of the 2 year. I am a happy camper! Now bring on the warmer temps!

Sounds Like you did OK, Especially getting what you wanted for the Trade (Feels Good) and NO shipping-Prep, Heated Grips, Etc.
