• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Love the ZZ Tops intro but....

Bands

Link Wray, Duane Eddy, Santo and Johnny, anything by Roy Clark ,especially Ghost Riders or Malegania (sp). AND CCR!!!! Great band, great songs.:2thumbs::2thumbs: Santana, Black Magic Woman.
Hey, Roy Clark ROCKS!

OK, I HAVE IT!!

This is it, man. Joe Satriani's "Satch Boogie". BRP could do an amazing spot with that piece! :doorag:

How about we slow this jam session down with a ballot for all you couples out there. Grab Your Spyder and pull her close for this song.

:agree: Those are better versions. Marty robins is just the one I heard my dad play when I was growing up.

Oh I agree 100% with your selections. I was just being a nostalgic ole fart. :coffee:

I hope you two didn't think I was putting down your choices.

I get a little over enthusiastic when it comes to music. I saw ghost riders and I just had to post my favorite versions. It's music man, it's all good. And talking of ghost riders, Johnny Cash sings it pretty well also.

Not to hijack this thread anymore than we already have but I have to ask. I assume fleegeds that you made it through Saturdays storms okay. I have a lot of relatives in NC and was concerned for them but everybody made it through OK.

Couple more... Keep in mind I like a lot of music from all walks of life. But Queensryche is my favorite with Metallica being a close second.

But for adrenalin moments ripping through corners... My favorite is Metallica's - Master of Puppets...

And this one is fun... 30 seconds would be interesting to pull from it... Metallica's - Battery

I took no offense, and yeah I made it ok. I was not out in the stuff but the RS-S was. I washed it up and now it is no worse for ware:2thumbs:.

This is a fun thread. nojoke

I would use...
"Itsy bitsy Spyder went up the waterspout
Down came the rain and washed the Spyder out......etc., etc."
:roflblack::roflblack:

:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:OMG! I'm trying to figure out a video sequence in my head to go with that song.
