• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Love my SPYDER, but have exhaust gasket problems

:dontknow:
If hes talking about the muffler [large] gasket he'll have to get it from BRP, So far no one has found an alternate for that one.

That large single gasket for the muffler should last a long - very long time. I just put my stock pipe back on after trying a two bros pipe... and my old gasket was good enough to reuse if I had wanted to... and that was at 15k miles....

What grade of gas are you using? Sometimes a poor grade or wrong grade of gas can burn out an exhaust gasket.

I have used regualr for the last 4,000 miles. I used high test but quit after the first gasket blew out. I have been following the "what grade to use" on this forum and regular works fine on my Spyder.

Thanks to everyone for the great advice!!
