• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Louder After Recall

Has anyone else notice that their pipe is louder after the recall "fix"? Mine seems to have a little more "noise". Good noise not bad. Maybe it's the same as always and I didn't notice it over my loud engine rattle that is now fixed.

It appears that they leaned the mixture a bit in the new fuel map and leaner running can give a bit more rasp or zing to exhaust notes (at least from my experience jetting quads).

Yes, it is louder with the stock pipe.

mine too . . . .

. . . . that was the first thing I noticed. There is a little more base note and throaty growl, muscular - all good sounding to my ears. It is not loud or disturbing, so those craving lots of sound would most likely not care, but it is a nice side-effect of the upgrade.

My wife's is and was backfiring now and before the upgrade but mine is about the same; guess I'm have to add a louder pipe!
