• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a loud intermittent buzz groan fom the front of the RT. it happens in gear out of gear when moving when still. Could the air pump be failing. Where is it located?

Does it sound like a fan blade hitting a shroud? That is what mine does and the dealer said it is the air pump. They are going to see if if the warranty will take care of it, however the reason it is doing it so often is because of the leak in my air bag. Hopefully we will find something out soon. THe noise is driving me crazy.

Are you talking about the noise the compressor makes when it puts air in the rear shock? I wouldn't call it a groan but more of a psssssh sound. If you get a group of RTs together they sound like bugs or something.

Have a look at your fan blades to see if you see any wear marks . The airbag is mounted at the top of the rear shock and I think the compressor is in the same area .

Definitely not the pshhhh...I know that sound. It is more of a Grrrr. Dealer told me it was the air pump but will look at the fan blades as suggested by others. If it was fan blades why would it not have done it since day 1?
Dealer did not have a replacement and I am away at SITA so I will wait until I return home.

;) I want to apologize for the hijack... There's nothing worse than an unexplained anything hidden under the tupperware.
But it was an opening that I was just too weak to ignore! :opps:
Good luck finding it, and please let us know where it was originating!
