Loop around Mt. Rainier Ride

A friend and I did the loop around Mt Rainier this past Saturday. From where we live, the total miles around the mountain is 168 miles. With all the fires going on here in the state of Washington, there was a lot of smoke in the air. The wildfires up here are really bad.

Some beautiful pictures you have there! :thumbup: I've seen a lot of this country on two wheels but Washington State has eluded me so far. I'll have to work on that very hard, especially, after seeing those pics!:clap:

awesome pictures and the smoke didn't ruin your veiw..:2thumbs: was just up in the redwoods with similar conditions, tough to breath some roads are closed. You got in a great ryde...love the twins...:roflblack:

Doing that ride tomorrow. Doing it over two days. Staying in Randle. The Alder lake fire is near the west end of the road. Fire sta started Aug 11 150acres. So hasn't taken off. Will see how bad the smoke is. Road is still open.
This is the first time for me doing this RIDE. Was supposed to do a ride into Canada, but road is closed. So plan B.
